Despite his big-game reputation, Buehler had an uncharacteristically difficult year in his first season back from Tommy John surgery. As manager Aaron Boone and several players preached following Monday’s 4-2 loss to fall into the dreaded 3-0 hole in the World Series against the Dodgers, the Yankees cannot come back all at once. It will require a singular focus on the game in front of them while acknowledging that there is substantial work to do beyond that. And if the Yankees are to become the first team in MLB history to come back from down 3-0 in the World Series — an uphill battle that requires only three more wins after New York’s 11-4 victory over the Dodgers on Tuesday in the Bronx — they must carry the positives from Game 4 forward and find more ways to play their best ball before it’s too late.
In the top of the first inning, after Shohei Ohtani’s leadoff walk, Freddie Freeman hit a two-run home run, tying a record by homering in his fifth straight World Series game going back to the 2021 World Series, where he appeared as a member of the Atlanta Braves. In the top of the third inning, Tommy Edman led off with a walk, advanced on a groundout and then scored on a single by Mookie Betts. The Dodgers threatened again in the fourth with runners at first and third and no outs, but the rally was thwarted when Gavin Lux was tagged out on a close play at home on an attempted squeeze bunt by Edman. In the bottom half of the inning, Giancarlo Stanton doubled and tried to score on Anthony Volpe’s single, but he was also cut down at the plate via an accurate throw by left fielder Teoscar Hernandez to keep the Yankees off the board.

Also the fact of the matter is that indie games sell like hotcakes on computers and whenever something appears on steam, it will be bought more often then pirated, the only real reasons to pirate is to either test the game and make sure it can run, and getting old ass games on your computer. MMO’s do not suffer from piracy. If you look at the pc market in recent years, it has moved to casual bejewel games, free2play and MMO’s. This is because of scum stealing games jumping on torrents and acting like huge scum that is the cancer of pc gaming. Making a free2play MMO rather than a single player game is logical for the pc. AAA single player games (outside of strategy titles) on the pc are more or less dead. Pc gamers do not like to hear this and do everything they can to vehemently dismiss it. But that is the way things are now.
In December 9, 2011, GSC was dissolved and subsequently, STALKER 2 was cancelled. Many employees, especially those who worked on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, formed two new studios and made new games that were inspired by their past work.
In December 2014, 3 years after their closure, GSC reopened and announced a new game in development. They have since then made Cossacks 3, a sequel to their other main long-running series and have also restarted development on STALKER 2, now named S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. (with the subtext at one point reading “Heart of Chernobyl” but changed to “Heart of Chornobyl” to reflect Ukrainian pronunciation following the invasion of Ukraine)
