The Astros added lefty Will Smith — the closer for the champion Atlanta Braves a year ago — to the roster for this round. Dusty Baker had a perfect situation to use him with lefties Brandon Marsh and Kyle Schwarber leading off the fifth against a tiring Justin Verlander. Marsh hit .188 against lefties and Schwarber .193 this season.

During the game, the player must build Jurassic World by adding dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals which can be obtained via special card packs or by buying them. In order to buy a dinosaur, however, the player must unlock it by completing a challenge in the Arena, an Earth Shattering unlock event or a Shake the Earth Tournament. There are also many missions given by the main characters which can grant the player resources such as dinobucks, coins, food, DNA, S(super)-DNA and Loyalty Points.

Nadia Oxford of Gamezebo gave the game three stars out of five. Oxford noted the realistic dinosaur models, but wrote that the game “combines mediocre park-building with mediocre dino-battling. It’s competent and by gosh it (mostly) looks glorious, but there isn’t a lot here that differentiates the game from standard park-builders”. Gamezebo considered the game to be “pretty much Jurassic Park Builder part II, except the parks you create in that three-year-old game seem a lot more colorful and joyful than the washed-out grey fairgrounds you create in Jurassic World”.

The man who had a 1.43 postseason ERA from 2019-20 held the Yankees to two hits and two walks in five shutout innings Monday night. He struck out five and was ahead in the count all night, throwing a first pitch strike to 12 of 18 batters. Buehler carved the Yankees up with cutters, curveballs, and even some straight gas four-seam fastballs, a pitch that gave him problems during the regular season.
Jazz Chisholm grounded into a fielder’s choice with Giancarlo Stanton and Aaron Judge on first and second, respectively. Stanton singled while Judge reached via fielder’s choice after a Juan Soto walk.
In previous best-of-seven postseason series, teams who have taken a 2-0 lead have gone on to win 77 of 92 times (84%) while under the current 2-3-2 format teams who have won Games 1 and 2 at home have gone on to take the series 45 of 56 times (80%).
